Join Central Cables as a Chargeman (Electrical Operations) and take charge of our electrical operations in Bali! We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the safe and efficient management of Low Tension Switch Boards in our factory. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining optimal performance of our electrical systems.

As a Chargeman, you will be responsible for managing a team of electricians, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring all electrical work is carried out according to industry standards. You will work closely with our engineering team to implement improvements and innovations in our electrical infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of Low Tension Switch Boards in the factory.
• Manage a team of electricians, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Coordinate regular maintenance and inspection activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure system reliability.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate electrical hazards.
• Work with the engineering team to implement improvements and innovations in electrical infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other departments on electrical matters.
• Maintain detailed records of electrical operations and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing Low Tension Switch Boards and electrical systems.
• Certification as an Electrical Engineer or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in using electrical management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
