As an Intake Process Support Specialist at Sourcefit, you will be responsible for managing the initial patient intake process, including scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and coordinating with healthcare providers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every patient receives the care they need in a timely and efficient manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the initial patient intake process, including scheduling appointments and verifying patient information
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Assist in the administration of patient forms and documents, including insurance and billing information
• Support clinic operations by managing administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or healthcare support role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner, is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed
