As a Community Development Assistant II, you will work closely with our local partners to design and execute community initiatives that address key challenges and unlock opportunities for sustainable development.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating community engagement activities, conducting needs assessments, and developing action plans. You will also work with our team to monitor and evaluate the impact of our initiatives, ensuring that we achieve our goals and deliver measurable results. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate community engagement activities and events, including workshops, training sessions, and outreach programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify key issues and opportunities in local communities.
• Develop and implement action plans and project proposals in collaboration with local partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of community initiatives, collecting and analyzing data to measure success and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of community development efforts with organizational goals.
• Leverage your knowledge of community development principles and best practices to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about trends and developments in the field of community development, and apply this knowledge to enhance our initiatives.
• Represent Private Advertiser at community events and stakeholder meetings, fostering strong relationships and building trust.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, with a proven track record of successful project implementation.
• Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and stakeholder analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SPSS, or similar software.
• Familiarity with community development frameworks and methodologies, including participatory approaches and sustainable development principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
