📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, and other critical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Work with the engineering team to implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep records up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, particularly in F&B equipment and facilities.
• Proven experience with kitchen equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, and other related systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance software and tools such as SAP, Maximo, or similar systems.
• Certifications in electrical systems, HVAC, or related fields are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
