PT. PENTACORE GLOBAL INNOVATION is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. As a Production Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our processed food manufacturing processes. Your role will involve overseeing production activities, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our production line.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and consistency.,Conduct routine inspections and tests to maintain product quality.,Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery.,Manage inventory and raw material usage to optimize production efficiency.,Document production data and maintain records for quality assurance.,Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and identify areas for improvement.,Participate in shift rotations and overtime work as required.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the processed food industry.,Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance standards.,Familiarity with production equipment and machinery.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
