📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the most cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, ensuring that the project stays on budget.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate cost information to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost estimation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost estimation.
• Maintain accurate records of all cost-related information for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
