📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor real-time GPS tracking to ensure fleet compliance with safety and operational protocols.
• Coordinate with drivers to address concerns, schedule maintenance, and manage repairs promptly.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to maintain fleet integrity and safety standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.
• Provide on-the-ground support to drivers, offering guidance and troubleshooting.
• Document and report on fleet performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and fleet management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with drivers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
