📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the power plant and industrial facilities.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and implement operational and maintenance strategies to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of facility operations.
• Manage and optimize energy consumption and costs, ensuring the facilities operate within budgetary constraints.
• Ensure the timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks, adhering to set deadlines and quality standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in power plant and industrial facilities management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Understanding of energy management and cost optimization strategies.
• Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., ISO, OSHA) are a plus.
