📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the settlement and custody of clients' securities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.,Monitor and maintain the integrity of our custody accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to settlement and custody.,Collaborate with internal teams, such as trading and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of client transactions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, and implement necessary adjustments to our settlement and custody processes.,Prepare and analyze reports on settlement and custody activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in settlement and custody operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in settlement and custody operations in the securities industry.,Strong knowledge of securities settlement and custody processes, including T+1 and T+2 settlement cycles.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the securities industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
