🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and organizational development.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong understanding of organizational behavior and development principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels.,Familiarity with training and development software and tools.,Certification in training and organizational development is a plus.
