📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked according to company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new store operators.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in store improvement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing store operations efficiently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and retail practices.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
