📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure high performance.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales.,Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
