Sun Prime Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Receptionist to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages efficiently.,Manage the reception desk and ensure it is always neat and organized.,Provide information about the company, its services, and facilities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.,Assist in event planning and coordination as needed.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of local customs and culture is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred.
