📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses.,Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training requirements.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
