📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the company,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes,Supervise and mentor junior accountants,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements
