Develop and maintain a customer base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Promote products and services through various marketing channels.,Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company.,Provide training and support to junior sales representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
