In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Represent the restaurant at events and functions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
