📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Supervising staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Conducting regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to travel as required.
