📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily tour activities, including itinerary planning and execution.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all participants throughout the tour.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of tour materials, including maps, guides, and other necessary documents.
• Work closely with the tour guide to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Monitor and report on tour performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the booking and coordination of transportation, accommodations, and other tour-related services.
• Stay updated on local regulations and ensure compliance with all safety and operational guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tour operations or a related role.
• Familiarity with tour management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
