📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to identify and resolve any issues in the production process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
- Develop and maintain detailed records of production activities and equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical role, with a focus on quality control and process optimization.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software such as SAP, MES, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and standards.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
