CV Cipta Gading is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing financial reports to support the company's strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Maintain and update the company's financial records and systems.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations.
