📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor and maintain the hotel's budget and financial performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.,Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve targets and goals.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure the hotel meets quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
