📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Use tools like Zendesk, Slack, and Microsoft Teams to manage customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
- Document and track customer issues to ensure they are resolved efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical support processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality support
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong understanding of various technical issues and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using tools like Zendesk, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work from home in a self-managed environment
