In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding,Source and screen potential candidates for job openings,Coordinate interviews and schedule candidate meetings,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS),Provide support to the recruitment team in various tasks,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies,Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback,Build and maintain relationships with potential job candidates

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent organizational and time management skills
