📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as food hygiene regulations.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure cost-effective operations.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Promote the restaurant's brand and ensure a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as restaurant operations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
