📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and organization of office supplies and equipment.,Support in the coordination of meetings and events, including setting up and tearing down venues.,Help with the maintenance and organization of office records and files.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Support in the implementation of office policies and procedures.,Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.,Assist in the management of office inventory and supplies.,Help with the organization of office events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or support role.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.,Familiarity with basic office equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 lbs.,Willingness to work in a hybrid (office and remote) setting.
