📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, processing onboarding and offboarding documents, and managing payroll tasks.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and surveys.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and scheduling.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your HR skills.
• Assist in the analysis of HR metrics and data to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
