📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or a related role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
