📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute event marketing strategies to promote our events and drive attendance.
• Create engaging content, including event promotions, social media campaigns, and email marketing, using tools like Hootsuite and Canva.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and delivery.
• Analyze event data to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing.
• Manage event budgets and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure event resources.
• Represent Simple Recruit at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in the events industry.
• Proven track record of successfully executing event marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Eventbrite, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
