Sehati Gita Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Deputy System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.,Manage user accounts and access permissions, ensuring data security and compliance.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Maintain documentation of all IT activities and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of medical software and systems is a plus.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
