CV Raya Ratu is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nurse to join our healthcare team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will provide excellent patient care and support to our Head Nurse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Nurse in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Support the Head Nurse in managing and coordinating the nursing team's workflow.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications and treatments.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and staff.,Assist in the training and supervision of new nursing staff.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Valid nursing license and certification.,Experience in a similar role is a plus.
