📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and accurately,Manage the cash drawer and ensure proper reconciliation,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Maintain a clean and organized work area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or customer service roles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Good knowledge of Indonesian language (both written and spoken),Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
