📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the bakery industry.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with customers.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting sales proposals and reports.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the management team.,Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of the bakery industry and market trends.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
