📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials.,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development and improvement of technical writing processes and tools.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
