📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.,Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.,Promote sales and special offers to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Provide feedback to the sales team on customer preferences and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail sales is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales tracking.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
