QUILL Jaya is a growing company in Kudus, Jawa Tengah, looking for a dedicated Cashier Accounting to join our team. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary of Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 4.000.000 per month. As a Cashier Accounting, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all financial transactions accurately and promptly.,Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Monitor cash flow and provide insights to support financial decision-making.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
