📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and standards.,Maintain and clean all bakery equipment and utensils.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.,Create new recipes and menu items.,Ensure all pastries and desserts meet quality standards before serving.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in baking and pastry making.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering.,Ability to create and follow recipes.,Flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
