📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design of our digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals.,Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand guidelines.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.,Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.,Ensure the design system is scalable and maintainable for future projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.,Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.,Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.,Experience with Agile methodologies and design sprints.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
