📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Use tools like Zendesk, Slack, and Microsoft Teams to manage customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Document and track customer issues to ensure they are resolved efficiently
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical support processes
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality support
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field
• Strong understanding of various technical issues and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using tools like Zendesk, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work from home in a self-managed environment
