FORGE Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Makassar. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training participants.,Provide ongoing support and resources to training participants to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
