📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Conduct job postings and manage online job boards to attract potential candidates.,Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with social media and online recruitment tools is a plus.
