Plus Easy Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Internal Audit to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the internal audit process and help ensure the integrity and compliance of our operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the Internal Audit Manager and other stakeholders to conduct audits, analyze findings, and provide recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Review financial records, transactions, and documents to identify discrepancies or irregularities.,Prepare audit reports and present findings to management and relevant stakeholders.,Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Provide support in the development and implementation of audit plans and schedules.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audit activities and findings.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development to enhance audit skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as Excel and audit management systems.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is preferred.
